You're young and should probably give it a try, that way you'll learn. So, I guess my question is; do I put myself out there, even though I have no real idea of what could happen, or do I keep it to myself and ignore the situation?
Now we're dating and all my managers don't care as long as we do our work so its up to you. Whether or not there are policies forbidding them, office relationships happen. But "life lesson" is a pretty lenient way to look at it.
The thrill and passion of the relationship soon dies and the emotions simply fade.
